Sure, most of the time your podcast process is going so well with either you or your VA editing and uploading it every week.

But not every episode goes smoothly.

Maybe you recorded with your mic turned off or facing the wrong way.

Maybe the content’s great overall but you’re stuck in editing hell because you and/or your guest had some serious perimenopause brain fog going on, or kids kept interrupting, or the neighbor’s landscaper insisted on leaf blowing RIGHT when you were trying to record.

Maybe you just don’t have time to figure out what went wrong and you’ve been spending wayyyyy too much time racking your brain trying to fix it and nothing’s working.

Sometimes you just need a more experienced ear and eye on an episode and to just fix it for you so you can get back to business.

Your first step: I’ll take a listen, diagnose what’s going on, and tell you exactly what’s up and what can be done about it now and to prevent it in the future, even if it’s not fixable. (I can work a lot of magic with my tools, but some things just have to be prevented in recording. Others can be fixed or reduced in “post”, where I come into play!)

You’ll get a quick written summary or Loom video explaining:

• What’s wrong and what likely caused it so you can prevent it in the future

• Whether it can be fixed or not

• Whether I recommend a fix, a re-record, or moving forward as-is

• Options for support if you want me to handle it from there

You can expect a full turnaround within 24-48 hours from the time I receive the episode.
